Utility Stress cards
Utility Stress cards are perfect for embossing and imprinting hospital identification cards, trade show cards and other nonprinted applications. Utility Stress cards contain a stressing compound that is embedded in the core sheets during the calendaring process. This process allows the cards to be easily embossed.

Super Stress cards
These work for non-printed applications like embossing and imprinting, but also can be appropriate choices for printed applications. The lettering is highly visible on these cards and ideal for applications where highly visible characters are desired, like certain hospital and government environments. Super Stress cards are laminated with a stress overlay over the plastic core material that causes the embossed lettering to be highly visible to the human eye.

Graphics Quality cards
These cards are for applications where printing is required. Our Graphics Quality cards are manufactured with high quality materials that look great when printed. Examples of uses include photo and non-photo ID cards, insurance cards, membership cards and retail loyalty cards. During the manufacturing process, a non-stress overlay is laminated on the PVC core material. Strict manufacturing processes and attention to detail assure that quality cards will be shipped to you. Our Graphics Quality cards are virtually free of surface debris, scratches and burrs that can lead to costly high rejection rates in thermal transfer printing applications; they meet and exceed ANSI specification requirements. This laminate gives your printed cards a brilliant, yet durable finish. Boxed conveniently and shrink wrapped to prevent any dust from finding its way in during shipping, the cards arrive ready for use.

PVC/PET Composite cards
These are the right cards for superior durability. Composite cards are manufactured with a unique mix of PVC and PET, which provides a more durable card, five to six times greater than industry standard PVC cards. Imagine a Composite card that can exceed ten years under normal conditions? a Composite card that readily accepts commercial print processes with crisp, vibrant color and clarity, as well as UV-cured signature panels and magnetic stripes. They are ideally suited for college and university ID cards, long-term membership cards, driver’s licenses, ski passes and any application that requires long use or extreme weather conditions.
